Blake Brown – Plumber
Blake joined the team in May 2023, beginning his career in rough-in plumbing before transitioning into service work. Through hands-on experience and mentorship under seasoned plumbers, he quickly advanced to leading his own service crew. Blake takes pride in his growth within the trade and is dedicated to providing high-quality solutions for his customers. When he isn’t on the job, he is a passionate hunter and fisherman who loves being outdoors. If you’re looking to strike up a conversation, feel free to ask him about deer hunting—it’s one of his favorite topics.
Brian Alexander – Plumber
Brian has been a dedicated member of the team since 2019, fulfilling a lifelong goal of pursuing a career in the plumbing trade. He has since advanced to become a Journeyman plumber and holds his RPZ certification, bringing both technical expertise and years of experience to every service call. Brian is committed to providing reliable solutions and high-quality craftsmanship for his customers. Outside of work, he is a true outdoorsman who enjoys spending his free time camping and exploring nature.
Dylan Coalwell – Plumber
Dylan joined the team in 2023, initially training under experienced mentors to master the trade before transitioning to working independently in the field. He finds particular satisfaction in the detail and craftsmanship required for remodel projects. Dylan is committed to delivering thorough and reliable service to every homeowner he visits. When he’s off the clock, he is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for duck hunting. If you want to see him light up, be sure to ask him about his green-winged teal—he’s always happy to share a story from the hunt.
Herbert “Herb” Johnson – Plumber
Herb joined the team in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience in residential plumbing and service dating back to 2017. He is highly knowledgeable in his craft and takes great pride in explaining the technical details of a project to ensure customers feel confident in the work being done. Herb’s friendly approach and expertise make him a standout professional in the field. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending his time hunting and fishing.
Marlin Blanchard – Plumber
Marlin began his journey in the plumbing trade part-time in 1995 and has been dedicated to the industry full-time since 2002. Through years of rigorous hands-on training, he has developed an elite level of expertise, earning his Master Plumber license in Louisiana, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Additionally, he holds a specialized Natural Gas Fitter license, reflecting his broad range of technical skills. Marlin’s extensive experience across multiple regions ensures a high standard of craftsmanship on every project. When he is off the clock, Marlin stays true to his roots as an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature.
Kris Ostlie -Plumber
Kris has been a mainstay in the plumbing industry since 1996, bringing decades of high-level expertise to the team. A graduate of Wadena Technical College, he has built an extensive career working across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. As a Master Plumber, Kris holds a wide array of specialized credentials, including RPZ certification for testing and rebuilds, as well as backhoe, forklift, and Viega certifications. His deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience ensure that every job is handled with the highest level of professionalism. When he isn’t solving complex plumbing issues, Kris enjoys getting away from it all and spending his free time outdoors whenever possible.
Trey Molacek – Plumbing Assistant
Trey joined the team in 2024 and has been learning the plumbing trade through hands-on, on-the-job training. He brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn every day. When he’s not working, Trey is an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoys spending time outdoors. If you want to get a conversation going, ask him about football or baseball—he’s always happy to talk sports.
Ryan Peterson – Plumbing Assistant
Ryan started with us in 2024 and is currently training as a plumbing assistant while learning the ins and outs of the trade. He takes pride in gaining new skills and supporting the team wherever needed. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time outdoors whenever he can.
